Brilliant, out of interest what serial no does your transfer start with ? Mine is 41D (see pic). I've never managed to see (properly) if it has the threaded stud poking out the top of the plate with the 3 bolts in it. I do have the 2 wires hanging about under there ! Cheers.

Hi, that's a bug#er, how many miles has it done ? When I picked mine up within a mile the auto box oil temp light came on (Faulty switch) but I changed filter & (oil twice) just in case. Filter looked good but the (filter) o-ring had been sliced in two by whoever did the last change. Not sure...

Doh, didn't see the AUTO bit, what a plank 😂 😂. Mine has the synergy ll box with eco button & I think the best I've has is 37 mpg. I'm driving it to Hereford sometime after Aug 1st (170 miles), very gingerly, as it's the first run it's had in 2 yrs, I'll see what mpg I get.

Replaced the short rubber hose from the vac pump to the hard plastic tube. The 'rubber' hose was as hard as the plastic bit & had split where it pushed onto the pump. I had to stanley knife the end where it pushes onto the plastic hose as there's a hell of a barb on it;). Passed it's mot...

I've had a couple fail on mine as well, I think they break internally as mine had no continuity when put on a mm.

The drains end at the bottom of the A pillar (or thereabouts) so the side steps shouldn't be an issue unless mud/silt is blocking the bottom of the pillars.

I would have thought if the seal was leaking it should drop into the frame & then drain through the tubes, it's when they leak between the frame & roof itself it finds its way onto the headlining (amongst many other ways of course) !

Yeah the glue won't stick to the degraded foam.

As above but you could also try adjusting the striker on the 'C' pillar if you have no luck.
