Could be the glow plugs as well. Says 18nm but two of them were screwing in quite hard, exceeding the 18nm just to get them in place. I guess I need to take them out, 12v test them, test wiring and resistance.

Also at some point car was running in 3cyl and unplugging 4 made no difference. If that doesn't tell I don't know what does.

Leak test plus check on hawkeye for fuel correction. All were 0.2 this was 1.4. Leak test confirmed. I think is the battery, managed to start it after 1h charge.

Get the pierburg (ti automotive) one. Return the bearmach and don't touch the under 100 quid ones. Very common topic on td4s. On top of the sound these cheap ones will not last and they provide low pressure 290 kpa instead of 370+. 280 is bear minimum and will start throwing errors.

Do you have a mint gear knob? To take injectors off easy throw in some wd40 and leave it running. If you cannot do that, put wd40 a day before, they will come out easily. I did a test myself, added above mentioned substance on two only, and tried to remove them all. The wd40 ones came out easy...

I wouldn't think too much at this until next issue arise.
