Only thing out of ordinary you need is a 36mm socket for they filter. It will make your life easier, as on the plug is a normal 15mm. Also some pan and a way top dispose the oil.

The fuel cradle need changing. Not that expensive but depends on shipping.

Jaguars rust worse, just look. Does not look that bad to me. Rusted but not rotten. Surprisingly good considering how these cars were designed and made.

Everything will go wrong on 2001. The fuel cradle might be a failed mot in some cases. I would get an used but checked ird in the 100 range. Or bell engineering.

Make sure you have all parts and nothing is missing especially the fuel one for example.
