For Sale NOW SOLD - Pennine Pullman Folding Camper Trailer Tent

Some years ago we sold our house to next door-but-one, believe it or not! Didn’t even know they were looking. I could have saved a fortune in estate agents fees had I of known at the time 🙄

    Battery replacement

Yuasa are quire a respected brand and I've used them on both my FL1 and FL2. Do not buy 'cheap' - the FL is a power-hungry car and needs a heavy-duty battery

    Freelander 1 Boot Fish Tank

Looking at your first picture, I’m guessing you mean how do you get inside the tailgate? If so, the panel is only held on by clips… you ‘pull’ it off carefully using a trim tool (there are about 6 or 8 if I remember correctly). Then you lift it up and off - there are some more clips in the panel...

What have you done to your Freelander today

Yeah - the first pic was just ‘what I had done’. Then I wondered if anyone (apart from PO) would spot it Windows might be next…

What have you done to your Freelander today

Yeah, sorry, the difference wasn’t between those 2 pics, they were just showing the new look from different angles. 2 weeks ago the wheels used to look like this…

    Freelander 2 Bonnet stuck open

Is it connected at the catch end? The fact that the handle is also broken suggests that perhaps it is being pulled too hard - which could suggest that the cables have stretched over time (needing more movement on the latch). If you replace them, be sure to tie some strong string to the old one...

    Freelander 2 Bonnet stuck open

Check that the release handle has returned correctly in the passenger footwell (as in it’s not stuck ‘open’)

    1st time purchaser

It really depends what you want, but I think they sound a little expensive... maybe not if they are forecourt sales though, rather than private. Of course, it depends on the quality of them. Generally, the F1 is older but easier to work on. Check to see if it still has a prop fitted if you want...

Freelander 2 (LR2) Scrabbling after diff bearing change

Ah… still worth a phone call to Matt to discuss. Things may have changed. He’s a nice guy that will try to help. If you have a friend or family in the UK, perhaps they could help you… 😉

Freelander 2 (LR2) Scrabbling after diff bearing change

Even if not in UK, I’m pretty sure you could post it over to Matt for the fix. It’s only the ECM you need to send - so a 6” by 6” light box. Great service from the company - a few here have used them.
