Lemforder and delphi are good brands. Both OEM I think. Quinton Hazzel make Greasable TRE''s which seem decent quality.

They are either too expensive, made by britpart or no longer available. Britpart springs are too stiff. I think there are lots of people that have fitted new take off springs with good results. Cheers

I thought it was fitted for life. Or at least the life of that swivel. Because some of the newer model land rovers (defenders) have no drain plug in the swivel housing. So grease can't really be replaced. An expert will be along shortly though and probably correct me :)
