Try Removing the radiator cap and pour water into the radiator... water should come out the bottom at the same rate you pour it into the top. If none comes out, the radiator is completely blocked. If some water comes out, or it comes out more slowly, it is probably partially blocked.

Thanks , fuel is ok and lines etc renewed. Also bleed of system, all banjo bolts , new copper washers , new fuel lift pump & lines. But as you mentioned, there might be something internal. Will refresh fuel again and add injector cleaner etc, through everything in 😊 and see what happens...

Hello, Thanks for taking the time to share information and descriptions. Much appreciated. The banjo bolts into injector are original bar one which I checked against the other three. All ok & I renewed cooper washers. Thanks again
