    Older F1 EML? (SOLVED)

The dash display will be a part shared between petrol and diesel models. This could cause confusion because the petrols probably still have the MIL there with the MIL icon, but it isn't used. Additionally confusing because it has the ODB-11 shaped socket for diagnostics. It looks like there...

FL1 rims hitting brake calipers !!!

I thought they did. Its not the diameter that is the issue.

    Older F1 EML? (SOLVED)

From Rave... So petrol cars don't have it.

    Some diagnosis needed

You could try removing the prop and see what difference it makes. Check the tyres, make sure they are all at the same PSI and see if there is any uneven wear.

FL1 rims hitting brake calipers !!!

Pre 2000 rims will hit post 2000 calipers. Forget what size spacers you need - but its best to get post 2000 rims.

What have you done to your Freelander today

I thought it was a wheel barrow collecting a human. Not sure what that's got to do with a button though.

Help Needed - Freelander 1 facelift front fogs

TBH If you've achieved all that inside 2 months, then I think we should shun you and not answer for showing us all up. However, on the assumption that you are not telling the truth, you've not achieved anywhere near that level of success, and just thought you would need to show that level of...

Freelander 1 UK get togethers and shows?

The NZ crew will need at least 6 weeks confirmed notice to ship the cars over. Oh, and a spectacularly successful Go Fund Me page!

The evidence is in plain sight. You need multiple files, because different ones do different jobs, ditto the scissors and other items there. However, unless I'm mistaken, or we have identified your superpower, it is not humanly possible to use 2 extendable tape measures at the same time. So...

Freelander 1 Say hello to new friend ! TD4 needs new engine.

Hope you can get it back on the road easily. But there's plenty of reasons why a TD4 might be knackered. I'd have thought a snapped crank would be much more likely that a run away. If its not been looked at by a mechanic, it might be the starter motor needs replacing!

What have you done to your Freelander today

When I retrieved the transmission bits off my K Series parts car, I removed the exhaust. Its no good to me so sat in the garage for years. Eventually had a clear out and listed it on the Kiwi version of eBay. Not the slightest of interest. Relisted it a few times and nothing. The 1 time you...

    Navigation problem

I find that somewhere to put my glasses, tin of mints, pens and fluff is much more useful. If I found the need to use sat nav, I'd stick one of those plungery phone holders on the screen. A billion Uber drivers that can't speak English (Edit: or drive) can't all be wrong. But I will admit...

    2007 Freelander 2

No, its completely, totally, grossly different. There is nothing the same between the cars - except the badge says 'Freelander'. (I'm sure someone will tell me that the lock for the bonnet is the same or summat). Yes, it will have a Haldex... if it ain't fallen off.

I take it you work at a breakers yard? Or did you just buy some bits off someone who turned up at your place of work? How did they get home? Do you try to get other types of parts off your customers, kidneys, livers etc? :D Going by your profile pic, it looks like you had the Sport rims...

Freelander 1 Brake light switch woes, blowing fuse

My main thought is that it was a rather useless auto electrician. Second thought is that its nothing to do with brakes if the fuse is for both reverse lights and brakes... and it happens when you put the car in reverse. Does it do it if you don't have your foot on the brake when you go through...
