Marc, i got a text of Rick last night saing he was having issues of another kind and will get to mine asap think he is mega busy but seems to be the man for the job to be fair... Im contemplating buying a fusebox to be honest... Just to confirm yes Rich has my EBCM doug supplied and both...

i finished off putting my pollen filters and housings back together after having them all out resealing them all cleaning drain tubes etc etc So thats heater O rings job done on fri/sat pollen filter cases resealing o/s plus n/s sun and monday just need good news on getting it...

Still no news not sure if no news is good news in this case though... im lost what it can be but all im thinking and dont even know if its possble or has any of these ethier.. 1, fuseable links somewhere ?? 2, Blown alternator possibly ?? 3, Another fuse box the reason im saying...

marcinbrighton = i got a text of Rick yesturday asking me to check a few bits and bobs but not really heard much other than that he has tested the ECU and BECM and i aint sure what the results are as yet etc... i hope it get fixed too as im sick of seeing it sat dead 6 weeks its been stood...

finished my heater O rings job off and then im doing the pollen filter housing job, dont know why to be honest it might be in the scrap yard this time next week, and its looking more likely day by day, but im a hoper hah ha...

O rings done bit of a balls ache but done now better not bloody leak though if it do get it fired up.....

Datatek..irishrover..rodntod,,,, cheers guys ive got a 30mm allen key bolt and the O rings and cleaned the pipes up etc all ready to reassemble later today just wondered about the lubrication lol... Tell you what though getting the screw out what a job the head of that screw is soft as hell...

yeah halfway through the O rings job then i will do pollen filters covers and bulkhead seals and water drains while its in the garage out the weather...

Im not sure just when he has made some progress it will be next week now

ive stripped the heater O rings out and its all ready for reassembly tomorrow then i told it to sort its frigging head out or i will show it my displeasure .......

When im reassembling my heater pipes tomorrow with new O rings fitted is its better to assemble using grease on before and after O rings or is using a type of good silicone sealer better ive some good black wurth stuff or is just plain grease better... Rob
