Well tried swapping the relays over, same result:mad: thought I was on to a winner there. Another weird gremlin that's living in my Discovery! If I slowly push the button in until I hear the 'click' the light on the switch comes on & the fogs come on, then if I push it again half way down till...

Rear fog lights being a pain now, thought it was the switch changed it but no, still not having it! If you turn on the rear fog lights then want to turn them off they won't switch off, the light on the button goes out, but the lights on the rear stay on. Press the button again & the lights go...

Should tell you in the instrument display, it should tell you how many miles to refill. Have you read the manual?

The original Hawkeye when purchased new came with 1 unlocking key, so it will only be unlocked to the vehicle it was unlocked for by the previous owners. It used to be possible to buy unlock keys for other vehicles within the Land Rover group, I think they were £150ish, but I'm going back a bit...

For me (apart from the Pulmonary Embolism) I've still got the 'Covid cough' sense of taste is still a bit iffy & lethargy. If I go take the dogs for a little trundle around the block I'm knackered when I get back in, I used to take em for a 4 mile jaunt but now 1/2 a mile is hard work...

Its literally not held on with anything, the keyway just keeps it in the right position timing wise. Mine took a little wiggling to get it to come off but there's nothing holding it on to the shaft.

Silly question, but have you taken off the camshaft sprocket 1st? If you have then the crankshaft sprocket, timing chain and camshaft sprocket should come off together. The crankshaft sprocket is only held in its position with a keyway and should 'just' slide out.

Yeah, Discool it did save me quite a bit, however the £100 was only for the Cam & followers. Add all the other bits & pieces that I did and it was more than double the £100. But whilst everything was stripped I thought I might as well....
