    Ie a total strip and rebuild or lift the body, swap the engine, gearbox, axels etc onto the new chassis using as far as possible, everything from the old chassis. At a guess, a galv chassis is Β£3k and probably similar to do the job (at a professional garage/workshop with some form of guarantee...
