I had forward facing Exmoor trim fold away seats fitted in the back of my panel van Landy. Took it to an expedition Landy specialist as I wanted to make sure it was done properly. Had to change my insurers though as the ones I was using wouldn't accept the modification.

Yes i can read thanks. I mentioned an alternative as I don't believe in the scheme of things that many good examples of LRs are sold via e bay auction.

I'm not convinced e bay is a great tool for this. Many vehicles are sold through the classified ads, at a price agreed off the site, rather than the auction area. LRO website may give a better idea if you keep an eye on it.

Advertise it for maybe 25% more than what you want for it. You'll be awash with offers regardless of what selling price you put on. That's my current experience. Your parts are obv worth a lot more than the price you mention.

Took mine to guy who works from home but also travels to you. He reused the rubber. Charged £70 and took him literally 15mins. Amazing watching him do it. He fits second hand LR windscreens for £20.

So, buyer cancelled as I was waiting for them to turn up. So, back up for sale but this time with a new windscreen, brake servo and 13 months MOT plus been polished up a bit. Bargain! Will advertise elsewhere in a week. I've amended the blurb in the first post with new details.

Defenders are not increasing in value. Speaking to people from around the country it's getting increasingly hard to sell them. Anyway, @wireman I like your Landy, I think it's fairly priced and wish you luck with the sale.
