No, I’m attempting to fit one of these brackets to reattach the rear seatbelt.

Part way through a job and I’ve come to this. The nut won’t move (may need splitting or heating) and the bolt doesn’t turn. I’m assuming this is a moveable bolt and not a permanent fixture. Can anyone confirm? In my hand you’ll see what snapped off from the underside without too much pressure...

If it’s fitted correctly why is it a concern becoming part of the MOT? Also, I could technically remove for the MOT and refit right?

I’ve recently bought an older style forward facing loc and fold seat. While I’m waiting on a seatbelt bracket I was just checking the positioning of the seat. Am I roughly in the right place here, shown in the photos? Any other advice on fitting this before I embark?
