    Thanks guys Had looked a rotary pumps, electrical pumps and wasn't sure Had also thought about just pouring into a jug, but TBH I've cocked up puring oil from a sump tray into a funnel stuck into a 5L can more times than I care to admit to:o

    Assuming you have a R380 gearbox, not sure about the gear oil you used - but that saidwouldn't expect it to cause suchnoise so quickly I'd flush it out, replace with MTF94 and see if any better

    Orbital power sander with 400 grit wet and dry paper Even then likely to be a slow process Aaron's rebuild thread I think has some Piccys of the sanding approach he used, but no idea which of the several hundred posts it appears in!

    Used 3 TIM mechanical ones in my Fender (Oil, volts and turbo) Been in 2 - 3 years now - work well, no problems and a reasonable match to the original
