Assuming you have a R380 gearbox, not sure about the gear oil you used - but that saidwouldn't expect it to cause suchnoise so quickly I'd flush it out, replace with MTF94 and see if any better

Sounds like a wire to the dash bulb gettting an intermittent feed Did you alter any of the wiring loom for the conversion Not convinced it would be glowplug related directly

turbo gauge -1 to +2 bar will do you
