    Range Rover p38 2.5 auto

Ok well thank you, I needed to ask, I don’t have a facility to do the work and I’m recovering from a nasty illness so I don’t really have any strength to carry out the work, I will try and find a garage, thank you to you for advice and the offer of tooling. Kind regards Dean

I will buy one of the kits with the G clamp style, I have a range of sockets I could perhaps use if the tubes are not correct? Thank you for all the advice I will tackle this job a week Saturday, do I need any heat to help?

    Hello

Thank you for taking the time to write back, I will take your advice and leave it be, it had a replacement engine two years ago so I guess that makes sense, and yes it looks just like the one you have.

Hello again so when the switch is flipped to on there is a buzz noise ? But if the switch is off no noise and won’t start? Any ideas? I also need some help I need to get some parts so the P38 can be tracked up at the moment the track rods are seized apparently, what do I need to replace both...

    Hello

Thank you for the warm welcome! It’s running great thank you, I’m going to tidy up the paint work and use it as my daily car, the only annoying thing is a switch needs to be flicked on before starting for the fuel pump I think ? It’s not the original engine and it appears this engine has no EGR?
