You can use Adams tool or wedge a good flat bladed screwdriver on he pully, that works but if it's real tight a grinder will help get an edge on the screwdriver again.

I tend to just fit new parts from YRM these days as it's so much quicker, you can get individual panels that make up the inner wing, done quite a few over the years.
Bet all joints will be suspect due to the lack of weld through prime end seam sealer at land rover.
