    P38A Range Rover 1997 P38 Range Rover 4.0

Hi all. I now have to sell my P38 as my Alfa Sportwagon isn't going into 4th gear so I need to buy a new 'family' car. I've owned it around 6 months and covered around 1500 trouble free miles in that time. It's been a North East car it's whole life, has low ownership and has been well serviced/...

    Wanted Throttle set up

Now then. The throttle assy on the back of my inlet plenum is damaged. I require everything which is held on by the bracket with 3 x 10mm head bolts. The dipstick for the queer box is also attached to this bracket. So everything bar the cables. I'm on 07920 787447. Regards, Stuart.

We said that about Classics a decade ago...!

Range Rover Classic 1992 Range Rover 3.9 EFI

£2k buy it now. It previously sold for £2350 a week or so back but the buyer could not get it collected due to weight restrictions on licence held. (IE - with the transit recovery van and the RRC on the back it would be over 3.5T) Thanks, Stuart.

Range Rover Classic 1992 Range Rover 3.9 EFI

Lol, thanks Gents. I'm more attached to the P38 and the Classic was bought just to try and make some money on. Also, the wife much prefers the P38 to the Classic - and a happy wife is a happy life!

Yes, V8, as per thread title. I have a P38 to drain my finances now, so needs must!

Range Rover Classic 1992 Range Rover 3.9 EFI

Hi all. Here is the link to my eBay listing for my RRC. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/181833568023?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 It's much cleaner than average (bodywork and interior both VERY clean) but will need welding to get it through the MOT. The O/S/F inner arch is...

    P38A Fuel leak

Now then. Recently bought a nice (HA!) P38 and on the drive home it smelled of petrol. Located a leak about the first (R/H) cylinder injector, or the feed pipe above it. Is there an o ring on the feed to each injector? I only spent 2 minutes looking at it but I think there was one common...

Well, my RRC failed rest, required welding. So there goes that good idea! Lol. Thanks, Stuart.

3.9 EFI Auto won't get above second gear

That was a given, lol. Is there a dipstick in the engine bay for the queer box? Or is it a case of removing the fill plug to check if it's bath filled? (I haven't owned it long and been so busy ice not done much with it). It's been in the bodyshop having bodywork repairs carried out. Thanks...

3.9 EFI Auto won't get above second gear

Hi all. A friend drove my Range Rover to the MOT test station today and has informed me that it went into second gear and then wouldn't shift up again. It hasn't done much this last year to be honest. It's a 1992. I won't be able to look at it for another day, but could anyone please offer...

    #### me! That's smart. I'm selling a Range Rover Classic that I've done up at auction on the 27th of this month, REALLY hope this is still around so I can spend my profit! Lol. Thanks, Stuart.

Rear windows inop - removed Circuit Board

Is that the switch in the centre? Always wondered what that was for...!? Lol. It's with the other window switches... I could refit this beast of a PCB and then try hardwiring the isolator switch. Thinking on, if it was the isolator switch, the 'drivers' switches that control the rear windows...

Do all 4 windows to down? My rear windows don't work from their respective switches or the central console switches. If yours do, how much do you want for the circuit board? Thanks, Stuart.

Rear windows inop - removed Circuit Board

Yeah, I thought it'd be blatantly obvious when I removed it. I wonder of it's worth trying a replacement from a breaker...?
