A replacement galvanised bulkhead from can be bought from Ashtree Land Rover. That's what I decided to do with mine to hopefully last my lifetime.

Are you looking for a footwell to be welded in? A patch or two or a removal and full refurb / exchange?

I think mine is insured for £10k ish if I remember correctly with Flux. They will be asking for new photos and all that malarkey again soon.

The Landy with the crumpet on it is definitely worth more than the one without. I know that much.

Often wondered if it would be possible to fill from the bottom somehow and force the air out of the top. I've always found that I can only fill with a few drips at a time and It takes a day or two. I do it as a little fill in job around other chores / maintenance.

I thought the spiggot bush had to be soaked in ep90 a couple of days? Might be wrong....thought is was made up of a type of bronze whick could absorb a little oil.
