Thanks for that, I think that's what I have been trying, long belt going around the outside of each driven pulley and inside the tensioner and idler, still miles too long! the small belt comes off the inside of the crank pulley over the tensioner and on to the A/C...Driving me Nuts...

I have just replaced my bottom crank pulley, and cannot find any way of getting the long belt back on?? I have struggled to get a diagram for belt route but have got a similar one..I think Anyway i have tried everything and still end up with a foot of spare belt,ie belt is still far too long Its...

Hi all, I have just started stripping out the crankshaft bottom pulley the first issue could not find the Woodruff key, seems some did not have them fitted? so will it be ok to put it back without one? and the other thing I can not find a listing for the short belt that runs off the bottom...

The hinges on my 55 plate defender have become sloppy,is there a replacment pin? or do i buy 2 new hingeds? Ta
