The calliper failed and the pad got pushed onto the disc, believe it or not the brakes worked fine and it didn't make a sound, only noticed because I decided it was time to check the pads On the other side of the disc it's worn right through!!!!!

I will give it a good run today and next weekend,and finally got the pics uploaded Gearbox out Fork was worn Got the old clutch out and found out what the rattling noise was ! New clutch in Took a pic of the disc off the disco, that was very close:eek::eek:

I got the Valeo one, not over the top but the britpart one looked terrible

Fitted the new clutch today, after seeing the state of the old one I'm amazed it ever moved, will try to upload some pics if photobucket lets me!!!

Need to get a new clutch in the 90 next weekend or I'm not going to make it

Not loving land rovers today, the 90 needs a new clutch and the disco needs new rear discs and calipers as the old brake pad has worn through the disc

Stripped and cleaned the offside headlight on the disco, cause it had a litre of water in it and looked like a fish tank!!

Took her on her maiden laning voyage today under the tutelage of turboman. Best part of 200 miles covered without any funny noises, some lanes that were slightly more challenging than I expected on my first go, but all in all a bloody good day Will post some pics on another Fred when mrs B...
