Sadly not 😞 the original fob is missing the button switch on the actual chip board. The other has really bad corrosion. I have tried soldering parts off each other to no avail. Thanks Stanley

I shouldn't say that really, It'll probably go wrong again now... Looking at the fittings you've posted pictures of above, wouldn't the last picture be the fitting I'm after? As both the male and female ends will be curved? Also, will I need a washer?

That's where it got me confused, The pipes I have would be 200 tdi, but coupled up with a 300tdi rad connection? So it's been the wrong connection the whole time I've had it...

Correct, the seat has a very small bevel to it probably 0.5mm. it then has a recess where I assume a washer or 'O' ring sits... the fiotting itself is a steel tapered fitting.

The problem I'm having is that the nut gets to a certain point and slips, so i can't get enough torque behind it to press the seal. I'm still unsure whether it needs an 'O' ring or a copper washer. :(
