Guys this is all going over my head. All I know is that it is a Ramsey RP8000 electric winch and it has a single metal cable. My options are either this or a Warn 9.5Cti or a Powerplant HD.

Am getting a Ramsey RP8000 8000pound winch 2nd hand as the previous owner used it for a month and is no more using it. Will this be enough for my 110. Is it better to go in for a Warn 9.5CTI new or use this Ramsey winch?

My 110's diff lock amber light suddenly came on even without using the diff lock. Tried everything but is still on. Is the switch faulty?

I have a Defender 110 with a 200tdi and I have done a Twisted Stage 1 upgrade but now feel I need more power is there anyway to further increase the overal power. Some how feel that the initial grunt is less and need to really press the pedal to get the Landy moving!
