It's just metal .to square it up cross measure with a tape.a jig is only to make it faster to build don't need to measure. My idea is I'll buy spring holders ECT but make crossmember ECT. I am just wondering how to take the shape of a 500mm section and put that into a computer file so a profile...

Thanks but I was a plater I know what am doing with steel. ie made things from steel. The jig is for doing it again and again. Anyone know cause I don't how to get the chassis rails shape into a program called vectors for a profile burner to save me doing it by hand. I recon that could make it...

I have just bought a 1989 90 and I have bought a 200 tdi engine for it my question is the chassis is ok on it but I was thinking a galvi chassis , what would it be worth with the galvi chassis/ compared to not or would I just be wasting money. Thanks andy

I just noticed that on the 90 I bought it's battery symbol on the dash is 24volt. Advice please I know that wolf's ECT are 24 volts is this good or bad .Thanks in advance I also bought a 200 tdi engine for it but now I am thinking starters ECT Thanks andy

No not at the money i got it at if people want to get snotty carry onI was only asking what engine it was.its getting a full new chassis and a 300 tdi now . I better not ask if the 300 tdi will mate to the box or am I better just fitting disco 1 full engine and gearbox
