Facelift interior trim bits .. Colour

I've got this in my silver Td4. It's exactly the same colour as the trim, so yes, it's not silver but "champagne". Freelander 1 Fascia Kit - Champagne Finish - 2004 on - Genuine Land Rover at www.rimmerbros.co.uk

freelander repair top job on my landy

Very simply explained a Freelanders system should have 4 matching tyres, the rears should always be the ones with the most tread. It's also recommended by some to rotate the tyres often to keep an even tread, as fronts wear quicker than rears. If the rears are lower than the fronts then this...

freelander repair top job on my landy

Ha, I was there when he was doing it. Green 03 plate (or was it 02, I forget). BTW those tyres need looking at. The off side front has a lot more tread than the rest and could cause problems with the IRD which would be a shame after just having it replaced. Yes, Matt's a top bloke. Always goes...

Unless you live in Birmingham where it seems you can drive around at night with front fogs on and just your side lights.Or just front fogs. Or even have your rear fog light on for no apparent reason - even in the daylight . Infact there also seems to be an alarming number of people driving...

    Aftermarket steering wheel .......fitted !

You get a resistor with the Momo boss that pushes into the air bag loom.As it was already paid for I figured I may as well use it. Don't know the resistance, but it works . The old steering wheel is scrap as the wire and horn plug are needed for the centre push button horn.

After much messing and modification I've finally managed to get a sports steering wheel (Momo) fitted. There are no Freelander specific bosses on the market. So I bought 2, which were supposed to be the closest match. An expensive £70 Momo boss and an inexpensive £25 ebay special. Needless to...
