Your compressor is on the way out possibly, just keep an eye on it if it starts to happen more often and staying off longer just disconnect the pipe that comes out of it in the boot well and attach a pressure gauge if you can anything below 8.5 bar and it's getting weak, the running pressure...

I 've tried the test regarding my dvrs seat and nothing ...not a blip, guess I'm going to have to just test the wires for an open circuit that are coming out the seat swab ..bloody annoying though ..failing that the heated elements are £50 each base and back and I've got a guy to strip the seat...

Hi All.. I've read some threads about the heated seats but I'm not making much sense of them, my drivers seat (L322 2004 Vogue) when the switch is depressed it comes on for 5 seconds then goes off,I've tried the diagnostic test several times and nothing lights up to indicate any faults present...

Yea I've Defo got nuts on it ! The only thing like you Saud is the strut or inner rack rods as the outer ball joints have been replaced but I only get the knock when on the move not stationary, if it was the track rod I'd pick it up rocking the steering stationary ..ill see if I can Jack it up...

All the drop links both bottom and top ball joints and arms both sides including track rod ends ..

Only thing is the noise comes from both sides when each goes over a pot hole and yet the o/s strut was changed about 6months ago for a Delphi ..Defo not a Dunlop..

Not changed any struts recently, it's been like this for about 1 year since it started, but just can't locate it, one thing when it's lowered ..I.e.motorway mode it does seem to be less obvious as though what ever is knocking is under more strain / tension, is there anyway of testing the knock...

Hi all I've got a problem with my 2004 V8 4.4 L322.. going over rough road, pot holes and speed bumps and I can hear pretty loudly some knocking coming from the front end.. I've replaced all the bushes, ball joints and drop links on both sides and its still the same .. its driving me nuts now...

I agree get pre 56 plate 4.4 ltr V8 gas her up which will cost about £1300 from profess autogas which then cones with a life time warranty..£45 last approx 200 miles ..great truck best one to date .. and there's been a few ..

Yea I noticed the abs light showing fault too, yea I've locked it both ways to reset the steering nothing andthe battery hhadn't been disconnected till after the fault rose.. I did it after in a bid to reset the fault code on the dash but no joy ..

That's plugged in my reader ! Just as well plugged it in my rear for what use it was ! :biggrin1:

Guys just reading this as my L322 today came up with the message hdc inactive air suspension locked ! Is this the type of message that means the compressor is "fatties leg" .. I've plugged in my rear which is basic but nothing, so I'm off to the specialists tomorrow £££ ..my truck has 128k on it...
