Does anyone remember the terminals that were held on with a single self tapper?, useless, I always changed 'em to clamp type, the Ford bolt on ones were pretty good though.

My Jap import Isuzu had the speedo in kph, it wasn't a fail in 2007, dunno about now, I never had a problem with kph, just treated the readings as follows, kph=mph 50=30ish 60=40ish 80=50ish 100=60ish 120=70ish near enough but within the 10%.

I was going to suggest using the SS sports cats, from Rimmers until, I saw the price:eek:, when I had my P38 they were £600 come in 3 sections so no need to remove the cross member, just cut the old one to remove after, undoing the nuts on the manifold joints which is bad enough, luckily I never...

Sadly I had disposed of 2 duff ones before, I knew that could be done, I bought an AEG drill complete with charger and 2 batteries with my staff discount a few years ago for £90, genuine replacements are circa £70 each, I still have the drill and charger, might get just one equivalent...

My laptop battery needed replacing earlier this year, I opened the old one and found 5 x 18650 cells, only one wouldn't hold a charge for long, the others were fine, I use them for my electronic projects, if the EV battery packs are constructed the same, (1000s of 18650 cells) it wouldn't take...

Which I did and, I still kick myself for not replacing it with the old one before, it was taken away after being written off.

When I bought my P38 (2000 my v8), it came with 3 keys, only key 3 worked, I put 1&2 in a drawer and forgot about em, then one day, about a year later, I bought 2 repair kits as the buttons on em were non existant and the battery covers were chewed to buggery, after installing all the parts...
