07 onwards seems to be the most rusty and they don't sound as nice as the 5 cylinder throbbing away

I consulted the gurus at work today regarding td5 and they said muxh the same as Jess did above more than likely something silly, those engines take a hell of a thrashing and it's always something silly that causes a problem
