What is Overfinch? Overdone, overpriced, over ???

When you are ready Alan you can test this one of mine. It is the best thing I have ever driven - feel as though I can just sit back and let it go: it takes bends better than me! Hoping to get it back this week.

What is Overfinch? Overdone, overpriced, over ???

Until I got my Rangie I was pretty much unaware of the marque Overfinch. Now I have a RR I'm not sure I can be bothered to be impressed by someones messing about with a motor I love already. Should I worry about my lack of concern? Does it betray my lack of education and breeding? Am I failing...

Other It’s me that’s sick this time

Good for you - you're probably in far better shape now than most of the Landies on these pages. All the best - my L322 is quite sick but should make a complete recovery, for a while anyway.

Just to add my best wishes to a fellow member. Be careful, folk can catch something in hospital - hope you catch the brunette, the blonde.........

    Hi all

Oh dear. Have you seen a doctor? You seem custom-made for this asylum! Welcome !

    Loss of power

Hi, welcome on board. There's a Freelander section on here where you could introduce yourself and perhaps give a better description of what happened. There is also a superb library of info on here which you could work through and then ask for clarification if you need it. Best wishes.

What did you do with your Range Rover today

What no detection by the machine? I thought they wouldn't work if here was a leak, which is why I think my problem is probably the condenser as TomCat59Alan suggested. Hopefully I'll get news before the end of the week.

What did you do with your Range Rover today

It's the L322 Datatek. Alan, I took it back this afternoon - they've promised to deal with it. Also, I don't think they liked me being around in front of other (potential) customers and have promised to deal with it. I'll keep ye posted.

What did you do with your Range Rover today

Mine is going back to the dealer tomorrow - re-gassed air con twice in last seven days and barely lasted 24 hours. Garage assures me their machine checks for leaks and won't refill if it detects one. Not the weather for failed air-con and too noisy for windows down.

    First Landy!

Welcome and good luck - lots of willing hands, advice and info on here.

It's a babe. Welcome to the asylum!

What did you do with your Range Rover today

I think I've f....d mine. Sat in the newly acquired 2009 TDV8 this morning pressing buttons and having a cup of tea and thinking this is the life: pressed an 'up' and 'down' button for the suspension and then couldn't get the light off - took it for a run in the village and as I reversed there...

3 Holes in my bonnet / hood??? Why are they there???

Is it possible the spare was bonnet-mounted?

    L322 Leak 0ff pipe

Serviced the Rangie yesterday and told there's a slow drip from the spill rail leak-off pipe on one injector. Should I attempt to replace it myself? Anyone with experience done this? Or leave it to the garage?

Stolen 110 XS County Station Wagon OY11 XJV

Excellent result. If he was a prolific thief, he must have had a network - hopefully they all got nicked!

Stolen 110 XS County Station Wagon OY11 XJV

Just keep an eye on it of course. But the scum out there will keep trying until they're made inoperative.

Stolen 110 XS County Station Wagon OY11 XJV

To be fair, it is unlikely that the specific targeting of vehicles has NOT been discussed by various police services jointly: but the police have so little cash or staff to spare. There is probably intelligence but intelligence without evidence is innactionable in the current climate. The...

Stolen 110 XS County Station Wagon OY11 XJV

It's little consolation - in fact it's no consolation at all - but in 2016/17 the North East saw a 69% increase in Defender thefts, the highest in the UK. It's obviously organised but I suspect that for the cops, it's not their problem: just give out a reference number and let the insurance...
