    Ooks like a good idea.... I went for a walk yesterday. Upon my return i found passengers door look panned in beyond operable. Didnt look like they had been in though which was odd........the door was still locked, just the barrel was mangled. Worlds ****test thief perhaps ?

    If the g valve is plumbed i. The "obvious" way.... It wont work. Master cylinder to the rear side port and the front port goes to the rear flexy. Which is counterintuitive.

    all i did to get starter our was drop the downpipe..... once that was done it fitted. some folk on here swore it would come out with the downpipe on .... but no one dimension of the starter was going to fit through the gap between chassis and downpipe/downpipe and block.

    iirc on a 200 tdi this is a banjo with 2 copper washers..... could try changing the copper washers ifits the same on the 300tdi.....

    yep thats the one - how ever if i pull against the wheel and really stamp on it they still lock up. suggesting its lack of servo assist. .... did an experiment on a closed road last night - into neutral - left foot pushed the brake 3 or 4 times untill it went hard - then revved with the right...

    You remember correctly brown How ever i did adjust that up nicely. - i had as you describe the rear drums were binding on after 30 minutes driving. I should add that give it 30 seconds after they have gone wooden and press again - they bite like a bastard again..... But if i press 4/5 times...
