    I went, overpriced piles of rust everywhere. I think some people are being a bit to adventurous with their pricing strategies Its half decent for bits of tools etc, good to see so many early series there. I'll try the next one at Newbury but I think I'll give Malvern a miss from now on Tractor...

    Flack came down to Cheshire and did all my engine work also, I asked him a million questions about what he was doing ha ha Might drive down and have a natter with you both for the craic when the time comes to get your engine work done also gents

    Rear brake lights stopped working on the D3 Checked the fuses etc had a good read of the manual ( electrical diagrams ). got the computer out and plugged it in to see what's happening etc The Mrs " bulbs have blown have you checked them? " I was like no because they have both stopped working...

    I seen a D3 with the BMW M57 engine fitted at 4x4 expo at Stafford, looked odd seeing the BMW engine cover under the bonnet I am only aware of one company that would fit this engine into a D3 at present

    I am aware of a D5 2L engine ( horrendous engines ) 39 miles on the clock and went bang It cost LR to the tune of 16k to replace it

    I own two of them, sucker for punishment! The 8 speed is more economical however I have heard issues with the select gear dial etc intermittent faults and that Id be tempted to go for the 8 speed though TBH
