Got the cable from Datatek, he has been helping me a great deal with tech support! Felt like I was p&@;img into the wind yesterday?! Anyway, good news. The eas ECU wasn't plugged in nor the delay relay :) Comms with EAS switch is now working with a good green idle at last! Can clear the codes...

Thanks for the input. Ive been using a reconditioned Panasonic Toughbook CF-52 which I've just bought second hand with a genuine fresh install of Windows 7. Went for this as it has a RS323 port for this task. I have thus far managed to resist downloading any Russian bride search programmes or...

Thanks, I've put my dummy back in for now. I think the wines helping?! Doesn't help that my weekend car that was going to be used as the back up RR during the EAS saga took place is now also out of order:( This is the 3rd problem I've found which could indicate why the coils where fitted. 1...

Another couple of hours on it tonight. I'm about ready to throw in the towel. Have spent close to a grand now and f%#k knows how many hours and all I've done is make the thing a very expensive paperweight. I have been using a Panasonic Toughbook CF-52 laptop with its serial port. Running...

Yeah I must admit this is the part I was dreading! I tried them all and 3 was the one that worked. Was getting good constant FF readings, retrieving height sensor values. But I just can't get a good idle on the damn thing. By tweaking the scroll bars can get it to flash green every couple of...

OK, more help needed! After not being able to drive the car for the last week i attempted to get the EAS up and running this afternoon. Removed the by-pass loom, fitted a freshly charged battery and attempted to get the software to clear the codes. Turned on ignition and experienced a new...

Ok I think I may aswell do all 4, did you just use standard 6mm OD pneumatic pipe? And by correct tool I'm guessing a pair of sidecutters aka snippers to use the technical term?!

Thanks for the suggestions and the comedy! I have become despondent Wammers, vey much so! I removed both rear pipes from the bag inlet today. Both seemed fine but vaselined em up and pushed em right in there- wahhey!! But one bag is still loosing air, same one as before. So next step is to...

Well clearly the valves are definitely a temporary measure. Spent an hour and a half last night trying to get it level. Did the backs first, it just doesn't correspond with what you would think. One corner is slightly lower, the other bang on, so you pump up that corner a bit and find out it's...

Thanks Wammers I didn't inflate it anything like this?! I will deflate all bags and follow this method.

Ok, had 435mm on 3 corners and 425 on one. I think I pumped up the fronts too much before the back, that's why it needed so much pressure to get the rear to rise. Thanks for the help I will deflate all 4 and try again.

Well, got the bags fitted fronts were easy but the springs were a right b@"?! to get off! Anyway had loads of fun trying to inflate the bags evenly using the schrader valves!! Talk about chasing your tail. Read I should have 65psi in each bag up front and 55 on each rear bag for a close to...

I cleaned out the cap seating although it was clean to begin with and there was nothing to make the bag stand off the surface, took about 5-6 goes at filing then trial fitting before they sat high enough to only just get the pin through.

Only just managed to get one front Spring out today, had to go buy some Spring compressors as my shortcut method that worked on the back didn't on the front! Still I'm gonna take a day off and finish the job tomorrow, even if it requires a not so glamorous assistant holding an umbrella :/ Have...

Found the airlines had to trace them back but at least they weren't cut, just folded back. Thanks Falk I had to file the rear bags to get them to fit. Pretty surprising considering they are oem Dunlop ones! Now to do the fronts which should be a lot easier just need the rain to stop....
