Possibly a kill switch for the pump? Previous owner of my freelander fitted a hidden kill switch I mean who really steals freelanders but hey ho.

I would have thought you could get 3m in the rangie, I used to get 2.8m in the freelander and the rangie is much bigger inside.

I have took a parrot system out of on old car and I did basically just rip it out and had no issues. You shouldn’t really have any issues ripping it out as in theory it only splices into what’s existing rather than only going to the parrot.

They might not be able to do anything with it but I’d say if anyone is able to it would likely be them.

If you have a local hose and fittings type place that make up various hoses and what not I'd say they would likely be able to recrimp it.

Curious where you have gotten the 4mm clearance from? When i read my version of rave it said 0.5-1.5mm clearance

I would presume it’s just seeing the speed from abs sensors and the cruise control ecu then just won’t let it engage. Presumably for safety reasons as arguably you need to be on the ball more when in area you would be doing 30.

Yeah I agree looking at rave it’s hard to tell. Though it kinda looks like cruise control cable is closest to the radiator in rave but hard to tell that’s why I thought I would double check with what everyone else says, should be easy enough to swap if it is the wrong way round.

I believe the pipes to the various airbags are 6mm but not the compressor, if you look at the valve diagram it seems to suggest the same 6mm to air bags but 8mm for the compressor. Though presumably with the right fittings I don’t see why 6mm wouldn’t work.

abs sensors are pretty basic to be fair so I don't see why a rear one would be any different from a front apart from length of the lead. The only thing that may be different to that is length of the body? but if you have an old front one to check could easily just measure the length of the body.
