Wanted Defender 200tdi Side air vent part

No I do agree to be fair mate, I'll help anyone if I can and have done for plenty of people on here. To be honest I I wouldn't buy from him again anyway. He advertised a rear axle on here but no pictures, it's a rear axle I thought, I'll just buy it. Until I turned up and it was all in pieces...

Wanted Defender 200tdi Side air vent part

. £60 is expensive. But, to be fair they are like rocking horse poo and do command a high price. I have sold two on ebay previously and both did around £45 each.

Hello mate, I am not too bad thanks, I hope you are well too bud, and yes, definitely deserve a week off, don't we all and it is good to make the most of it over Christmas. I just thought being a big company they might make you work. I forgot about that bulkhead, again  meant to be moving...

    Series 3 Colour choice??

P.s, yes only one coat of etch primer needed, it only needs a light dusting. Too much too fast over old paint can cause issues and peel/wrinkle the edges up.

    Series 3 Colour choice??

For me, something original or classic and not something over the top. Bronze green or marine blue would be my choices, possibly the original sage green as mentioned above.

    Aaron's 90 rebuild round 4

Anyway, very very little done the last few days. Monday I filled all the oils, and prepped a pair of radius arms for someone to have as above. Tuesday I turned the shed upside down and found the spare chassis wiring loom I had. Pulled all the old tape off and checked the condition throughout and...

    Aaron's 90 rebuild round 4

Merry Christmas chaps, hope you have all had a good day. Me.. I have been tinkering as usual and not had a bad couple of days. First job was to get the gearbox crossmember in. And then get it from it's current resting place behind the garage, to the front so I can put the engine in. Easier...

Door Hinges (Which did you go for?)

I have fitted several of the britpart door hinge kits (da1070) without issue and seem to be good quality.

For Sale Landrover discovery 1 300tdi, breaking.

It is what it is, if someone wants to take it as it is then I would be happy to do so, well minus engine and box as that is already out, but everything else is fitted, planned on stripping it over Christmas.

    Aaron's 90 rebuild round 4

So todays job, a quick clean up of the gearbox and transfer box. Nothing too much and far from perfect, just a quick change of seals, gaskets and flanges and much better than the oily mess they was.. Plan now is to get the lot fitted in the chassis next weekend. So I guess that's...

    New Project Arrives

Nice work, any pictures of how good the alloy comes up just from soda blasting? Seems an easier way of doing things to me.
