I have used the same supplier as Gatso in the past Mick and had no complaints with them or the product.

But yes, as Boguing says, I had my last couple of casings galvanised, and then painted in the above primer (corroless S) and top coat of Rustoleum, just in the hunt of trying to protect things as much as I can.

Made a start on the wings today. The headlight nose cone thing was more time consuming to replace than I thought as it is all spot welded together. But it doesn't help I haven't done one before, second one came apart much quicker. What I started with Unbolted and disassembled. Nose cone...

Don't worry about it mate, if you send me your address I'll stick it in the post, it isn't something I use very often, send it back when you're all done and dusted in a months time or what have you, it really isn't a problem at all. Saves you the time and hassle of trying to cobble something...

I use a 20t press at home. At the time I bought it a few years ago I thought it was overkill for what I use it. But I'm glad I did now, lr bushes can be very tight and some have taken quite some time to get out.
