    Pioneer 4x4 brake lines

    Has anyone used Pioneer 4x4 brake line kits? They list kit 1987-1991 I have a 1984 PU do not believe there is any difference? Have not heard back from them. There is a balance valve betwit front & rears I do not see in their drawing.

    I did the entire frame of my 90 has held up well, you need to use top coat on top of por-15 as a sealer. It can be used to bond fiberglass tape to holes of which I did in the foot well still there.

    The welder has done many body restorations vehicles ships cars trucks as why I had to wait. The frame will be painted with POR-15 a tank paint maybe not avail in UK. Next hoping to finish stripping windscreen frame & seat box get painted. I have a cheap gun but it works, well did last time used...

    Waiting for welding friend to return to finish repairs to frame this was how it was & repaired. Then the TD5 bulkhead was fitted before we cranked truck back into the shed for the winter. Now I have to find the parts & after more painting get things together.

    The metal work took some time as never removed a bulkhead before. Long winters. The transmission arch from original was fit to replacement TD-5 bulkhead

    Old bulkhead was removed & the arch for clutch diaphragm on bulkhead cut of for fitting to replacement TD-5 version. And under Left side wing the frame needs welding need pulling out of wooden shed. Hopefully this will be finished this week & frame can be welded. Friend does good metal work...

    The door seals I have are sides & top, bottom seal should be on sill I thought? I will see if that edge is riveted on?

    Door sills the lower galvanized is britpart, does not include the outside sealing lip on original. Is that lip riveted onto the sill or are they welded. Either way not included with the Britpart version.

    This shows corrosion water intrusion eats metal. A Metal friend is going to remove the arch above the clutch housing with attachment points for diaphragm in front of transmission cover. To be installed on replacement TD-5 bulkhead.
