    Sport Fridge/centre console wiring loom

I’m actually putting a 2020 Range Rover sport fridge into my 1991 defender cubby box. Would be good to not have to chop the connectors off the back of the fridge in case I change my mind one day

    Sport Fridge/centre console wiring loom

Does anyone know the part number for the fridge wiring loom for a 2020 Range Rover sport? I’m not familiar with these vehicle at all. Did a search but all I can find is the earlier model ones or ones that don’t seem to have the right sockets for the fridge a steer in the right direction...

    Manual Steering Box Refurb

Kelly Brae steering are the guys you want. Ebay is a bad choice as many boxes have just had the downshift seal changed and a lick of paint, then sold as a refurb

    Slight gearbox noise - worrying.

Check that input gear mate. If it’s not it’s just a matter of time until the main shaft splines fail and then it’s a new gearbox. You can replace the gear or fit an oil feed plate very easily.

    300 tdi problem brewing

The symptoms of air ingress are having to turn it over a good few times on the starter if it’s been left a while. Check fuel return pipes, then lift pump, then fuel lines in that order.

Have you driven your Landy in Morocco?

As I’m sure you know, the actual problem is dust clogging your filter. Raised intake and cyclone separators help reduce this but don’t eliminate it. I’d just take a few spare filters. That way you’ll ALWAYS be able to fix the issue if you have a problem. There also not too hard to find in North...

Drained my transfer box, bronze metal on magnet!

I meant leaves as in what falls off trees, a bit of a joke, which has only got funnier by explaining. I personally worry about ragged chewed up bits of metal. Out with of that I would base the need for a rebuild based on what you find ‘clinically’. Too much play or leaking too much - probs for...

    Slight gearbox noise - worrying.

do you have a cross drilled input gear or oil feed plate? If not definitely check the state of the input gear and main shaft splines.

Drained my transfer box, bronze metal on magnet!

You sure a couple of leaves hadn’t blown on it? If the box is functioning fine then I would have thought more likely from the selector forks. Which isn’t a problem so long as everything selects ok.

    Range Rover armrest fridge question

They are small for sure, but might be a handy idea as i think the unit will fit in my existing cubby and I don't have space in the back. As long as it can hold a can of punk IPA and a pack of bacon I can make it work

Yeh loads and loads. They're definitely not proper fridges. There’s no compressor that I can see.

    Range Rover armrest fridge question

I’m looking to put a cooler into the cubby box of my Land Rover defender. We use the vehicle as a camper - would be handy to have a cool box for perishables etc but I don’t want to put a fridge in the back as this is already kitted out for storage, water tank etc. The cooler from a Range...

    Fan Belt Problems!

Have you got all three bolts on the alternator in place. Including the one at the back that can get forgotten/come loose. I had a similar problem with the belt not holding tension. Turns out some idiot (me) had forgotten to but the rear bolt in on the alternator when I rebuilt the engine.
