À lot of abs units at a certain point had failing pressure switches, solde issues and overheat due to bad placement. If the brushes had gone in the motor that would Indicate its had some real hard use. 🤔

Not clear the error but get the pump to work using special functions or active testing?

I had this recently, my left hand blend motor driver had failed inside the hevac. 🙄

I'd be checking the blower motors for any abnormalities 👍

It could be a faulty height sensor that's causing it but wait until the diag gives you a better idea before shelling out your hard earned cash👍

Ecu testing on the net is a good place for rebuilt and pre-programming the replacement with your vehicles details. Can you get the abs to function with the diagnostic tool ?

I took pretty much all of the green sheaths of the bulbs in my 38'. Green on the outside is enough👍

Does the fuel pump cycle when the key is turned on? Any weird noises from the pump if it runs?

It's in a dormant state, if it doesn't drop its height over night then it'll be an electronic fault but diagnostics will be needed to find out wheat is happening. Does it occasionally lift to full height by any chance with being asked to do so?

Did you do the same with a drop of oil in each cylinder or just a dry test?

More than 10% then I'd worry about it, as Keith says the different techniques could produce different results depending on the quality and sealing method👍

If there's metal in the gearbox it's poisoned and already has its days numbered. You can empty it, flush it and the most likely cause is the torque converter that has shed metal after wearing away its clutch material. Ruining the gearbox. As said if it's got metal it's dead dude. 😔
