    L322 Turbo Actuator stuck?

Or a split inlet manifold. They love those. Get your codes. Is it a 3.6? If so and you have a "boost correlation fault" it will almost certainly be a boost hose or a split manifold. I've had both go on mine. When the boost hose went, It actually split under the unit-abrasion sleeve so It...

    L322 L322 infotainment

+1 for the fibre optic loop. With my CD changer disconnected the other week when fitting CarPlay I was scratching my head as to why I had the RR logo only and then realised that looking the CD changer on the floor next to the car creates a sizeable break in the MOST bus! (It was MOST on...

It's a Parrot CK3100 BT hands free kit. They were pretty good in their day.

What did you do with your Range Rover today

24th March 2006 was the significant date for that, no idea why it was on that day as I always thought that a 55 plate will be on the cheaper end but an '06 will empty your wallet a lot more but based on the Gov.uk website, you could conceivably get an '06 that is in the cheaper bracket provided...

What did you do with your Range Rover today

Yes sir. It retains all the original functionality. You select Aux input and then hold the phone hang up button for second or two and switches into the IDCore unit; Android Auto or CarPlay. I will do a video on it when I get a bit more time. There are videos on the product page here so that...

Took a couple of bits out and installed Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. I am over the moon with this. It wasn't cheap but the integration is excellent and it keeps it looking 100% stock. Not for the feint-hearted though as you will need to strip down the head unit and add a new circuit board and...

Took the one in the background to the station to collect the buyer for the one in the foreground. Guy came from Skipton to Maidstone and is currently heading back "oop norf". Hope it does as well for him as it has done me. Glad to know it's going to get used again and also happy to have a...

2005 HSE L322 - correct tire pressure for Nokian APT?

I can't see the car you're helping out there :) Hope they didn't mind being towed through that big puddle 😁 I had imagined the story to look much worse in reality but then I've never attempted any of this in mine (not yet anyway) so I've no room to comment! I admire the attempt all the same...

Fauls after reading with GAP IDD Tool - which one are 'real'?

Have a feeling it was 2004/5 from conversations in the past, definitely an early one though. Either way, 12.7 with ignition on is amazing. the 2010> could dream of that!

Fauls after reading with GAP IDD Tool - which one are 'real'?

Over 2million miles and people still swearing these things are unreliable! I get the speaker errors on mine but they all work, perhaps an impedance /resistance issue with age and wear

    P38A My Friend's desk

Been there, done that. I built this utterly pointless thing a fair few years back. Made my life so much harder by wanting it to be over over 2.4m internally and then having to slice the front doors and keep the sunroof etc. Yes, it was stupid, yes it was realistically too heavy to be of...

0x0030 Air quality sensor line fault

I think I may have something similar to this on my 3.6 with the air quality fan. It's the one that sorts out the auto record function on the HVAC. I've never bothered with it but it was on the list of jobs for "one day". I've never investigated it any further though so I can't really be of...

2005 HSE L322 - correct tire pressure for Nokian APT?

That's the US spec sticker (look at the spellings). Looks like they only show the pressures for full load too, can't see the logic there unless it was an amendment for later cars as the OP sticker is dated 2004.

    P38A My Friend's desk

I expect it was a front end damaged car as it would have been crazy to scrap one in seemingly such nice condition and low miles. Were they at peak depreciation in 2009 perhaps? I know it was a breaker that he bought it from.

I don't think I've ever posted this here and thought I would share it. I hope you don't view it as sacrilege! A friend of mine has a bit of a P38 as his office desk at home. He contacted a breaker and told them what he wanted to do and they actually cut it, delivered it and helped him...
