The plastic oil caps normally tighten to 25nm as a rule. It is usually marked on the oil filter cap👍 as for the sump plug. If it's aluminum if you tighten it slowly you'll feel it stop. Just use a simple ratchet or ring spanner and not a bar or long tool. Not sure about the specs on the sump...
