Ooo the glass fuses… make sure the contacts are clean. Even though the fuse looks good get an electrical meter & check both side of the fuse while it’s in place. Glass fuse x2strips standard Little block next to them is an extra/aux

It’s like when the leak off tube fails between the injectors,nothing shows but allows the air so to the system & drains back to the filter

You don’t get bubbles with the soapy water trick. You may get a rainbow off the diesel… When you turn the motor off it’s a capillary action pulling the air back (That’s why an electric pump pushes the diesel out of any pin holes or loose joints)

By pass the sedimenter These can rot on the top causing pin holes in the top pulling in air but showing no leaks of diesel.

Make sure you put the bolts in the correct holes. I think there are different lengths

Undo the end of the grease gun to release off the nipple. The end is spring loaded and set to a pressure not to release easily. And always wear a beanie hat. Saves washing the oil/grease/blood out your hair

where you putting the switch? Where you putting g the relay? Go behind the speedo & find where the speedocable goes through the bulkhead. There are a few grommets you can use Otherwise you have to move the dash around to get out where the loom comes through & behind the lower dash
