If i could get a wider headed bolt it would work, but at the moment the bolt head misses the edge where it is supposed to brake the turn.

Yes, i've spent a lot of time adjusting the bolts, problem is that the heads of the bolts don't quite do the job they should do in time and they kind of miss the edge of the wivel housing when extended far enough to stop the radius arm rub.

Can anyone tell me how to stop the tyres rubbing on the radius arms? i've adjusted the turn limiting bolts but the heads of the bolts kind of miss the point on the swivel housing edge, they don't seem big enough to do the job and might even be bending. I think a wider headed bolt might do it...

It's one shot grease in this sidevand leaking out. This is the whel ith the bad bearing/or swivel play too.

The shiny part of the swivel bearing housing on the right side of my D90 has got areas of rust which have blackened are are pitted. It's been like this for a while and has got through two MOTs without any advisories. I will shortly be changing the bearings and disks and pads, should i change...

I've just fitted some Boosts with BFG Mud Terrain to my D90 and adjusted the stop bolt as much as possible, in fact i've added longer stop bolts to give me the suggested near 60mm, but the problem is that when i get anywhere over 52mm the head of the bolt misses the edge of the swivel housing...

I jacked my landy up yesterday when i put some Boost alloys on and the there is enough play to fail the MOT in April. I'd like to get in there and replace them. I've just bought a 2" lift set of springs from 4x4 Foundry in Wales for my D90. I asked for 2" lift all round. I've received 2 dark blue (BA 2102) springs for the rear measuring 445mm and two lighter blue (BA 2103) measuring 413mm. Is this correct? I thought that i'd need the 445mm all round...

Can those shims be added or removed without tearing the whole thing apart?
