i had similar problems , and the thing was ... i had fitted 19" wheels of a later rangerover . i needed to fit hub adapters and the problem was cured . $12.50 a set of 4 .

set the position of the mirrors and seats , then hold the memory and 1 buttons at the same time . see if that helps
