Just done exactly that myself, the rear subs are normally 'toast' mine had rotted out the edge, I replaced the rear corners, front doors and Subs with SONY full range from Halfords in the sale. Came to about £100 all in. The subs are a pain to remove (careful use of lever required) screw...

I want to fit 235/85/16 Tyres to my Disco, 2 inch is too much for daily driver IMHO, should I just get HD springs or does someone do 1 inch? (apart from Scorpion, I'm boycotting them). Any opinions?

If it's the one in the Swedish car centre in West London then don't, it has 'issues' with fueling, was brought in for £1500 :(
