If I wanted to change my tyres on the defender 90....what would people advise? I have original rims- white and traditional. The tyres are road (not winter). I’d like to take her down green lanes but mostly road. I’m in the countryside and the roads aren’t great. So something 50/50 off and on...

Thank you for the reply....appreciated. I have ordered a new part......I was worried about it being runaway but I think this would not respond to the ignition being turned again.

Hi Switched off my ignition and engine running - took the key out too. Put it in and fiddled and it switched off. Started it since and all ok - it switched off fine. Ordered a new ignition and lock - any idea how I replace? Is it an easy job for someone new? Cheers B

hi I’m trying to change the centre tray for a cubby - but the bolts are just turning and turning? Any advice? Looks like I might need to drill them but never done that before?

Hi I am new to defenders - have a 2008 90 Puma engine. Had it one week - it’s under a 3 month warranty so back at the garage. Was fine but then started to sound like it was grinding and slowing - no power and black smoke. Was at high speeds but now also at lower. Hopefully garage will sort it...
