good write up. I would just add. On face lift models, put some masking tape or other on the lights, on the inner vertical edge to stop the lens/plastic getting marked.

gungum may come in handy and you may want to change the rubbers

so are the wires all in place? in the steering wheel for the on off switch and the control box? is it just a case of get the bits and plug them in and go? ( HSE face lift diesel auto)
