On my disco I have a small unit with 3 plugins and a USB connection which connects to the original lighter socket. Fits ver neatly above the lighter socket. Was in the car when I bought it. If that sounds enough try a search on Amazon.

Keeping the auto in 3rd position is used a lot in caravanning circles. I would think if you are only doing about 40 this would help. Also stops hunting up and down in certain conditions
