    Here comes the tricky bit.. the screws that are holding the panel are right at the very bottom but you can get to them if you have a small Philips screw driver and it helps if you open the lockable boot storage as that helps you get a better angle to them.     Get them to send it back for testing at there own cost and offer to refurn if you find it faulty, Did you mark it? even if you didn't tell them you did to make sure they send you the correct one back.

    Hi, I had the same problem a few months back and it turned out to be the solenoid, i picked one up from a breakers for £10. Just remove the plastic panel so you can get at the lock and take out the old one and replace, really easy job. Hope this helps
