Just niticed diesel leaking from front right by the egr valve. Any ideas of how big a job it is. Looks like its coming from fuel lines above turbo hose. Mainly on 1st start up

It seems ok at moment took it of yesterday no light yet

Ok i have taken it iff now and all seems fine bit will see if light comes on if so put it back on

Will that affect power on hills? What pump have a got to search for?

Hiya mate i have put some new vacuum pipes on today from what i can see there is 1 main one from turbo solenoid to vacuum tank then the ones to the egr solenoid is that correct? Also because i have a egr bypass can i remove the solenoid and blank off on survo junction as it has no purpose does...

Is this the fuel pump by the rear wheel? I have noticed mine makes like a tapping noise at times

Ok cheers. I did have a synergy box given to me but it was a very old one so didn't bother to try it as i had mixed comments about using one so i was thinking remap at later date.

Ok cheers for that. I put a egr bypass on before. So what i will do is try and follow your diagram see if i can see any problems. Where is the pump you mentioned i have seen the black reservoir at the back

Dont get any black smoke get some whiteish sometimes. I changed the turbo filter when i changed the breather. I have noticed if i pull the blue stripe pipe off boost solenoid the noise stops on test run. I tried a different solenoid but same thing.

It pulls fine without caravan some hills i need to come down to 2nd gear. I have only had the car 6 months so can only compare it to my 2.0 mark1 zafira whih was pretty much the same. The caravan is just over 1000kg.

When im towing it stuggles with hills. Its not as sluggish as you stated. When going above 1800-2000revs it tends to sound like a vacuum cleaner. Im going to recheck all turbo hoses and change vacuum pipes im just trying to cover different areas incase someone has had similar problem

So does it effect power just upon pulling off or underload aswell?
