Sorry, not very polite of me. Press TP to mute music etc leaves navigation and traffic updates, press again to restore radio etc.

Don't worry about rushing to reply, I found the answere in the radio section of the handbook.

Have been back and forward through the handbook but don't see how to turn off the radio/CD volume and leave the navigation instructions at a comfortable level. Is it me or am I trying to achieve the impossible?

My Automatic changes very slugishly from cold revving the engine just when I want a slow warm up but becomes normal after a mile or two. At 40k miles I assume it has never had a gearbox fluid change so is this normal or would a fluid change be worthwhile?
