The nylon washer is in a bad way though any ideas of the part number for that ? Thanks...

    Gear lever linkage advice needed

No it's just broken on the O part that the ball fits into of the throttle lever that goes up and down to engage gears. See the photo in the opening post. Gearbox works fine. Just need arms like a prime Geoff capes to engage gears lol.

The ball end is ok and cable is ok I think as I'm able to move the lever with the small ball on it by hand or pliers to engage gears . It's were the ball slots into the lever mechanism

I had my local landy garage fit me a recon steering box I took it home and noticed its still leaking but from the middle of the engine and passenger side front now. I might give the brake fluid a try. Is it risk free or could the brake fluid damage the pump?

Leaking steering box Lucas pas stop leak?

Hi there I have developed a leak on my td5 and understand this is a common problem. Would chucking a bottle or 2 of this Lucas stuff do more harm than good or is it good stuff? Lucas is a good brand.

I bought a kit of eBay to repair the starter motor. I bought mine late 2010. It's done 110k miles. Within the first month of owning it I had to have a new auto gearbox pump as it was leaking oil. I had the 3 amigos but that only was a dirty sensor. I've had new rocker cover gasket and the circle...
