Hi it would apear i have an od transfer box amongsed the boxes i have. After looking at the parts mannual it looks to be out off and series 2 A suffick B gear box. Can any one tell me the ratios off these transfer boxes or what they were fitted to?

Hi all i have aquierd a front sailsbury axle to put in my 109 but it has no swivel ends with it. Does anybody know if they are the same as normal ends?

Why dont u just use series 2gears in it

Hi if u search it on google there is a couple off companys do it. They ask you to fill a form out with tyre size and things then tell u how to find the W factor. Then u send the info and the speedo headcto them and they calibrate it i think it said about £60

Hi all again i have done hundreds off these and i have an easy bleed, a vacuam bleed, a pressure bleeder and the only way i have found to get all the air out off the front brakes is to get the bleed nipple at the top, so remove the drum then the hub then the back plate with shoes and cylinders...

The only way i find to bleed the front brakes is to remove the bake plates and hang them upside down off the with a bungy that makes the bleed nipple at the top.

Have u changed the adjusters s well. The rear shoes will go on 2ways the wrong way the pedal is crap. Maybe be worth checking and if u have changed the adjustsrs they go on 2waysbaswell

It sounds like u have got the shoes on the wrong way round

Time to move the series 2 in the garage and get it all sorted for next year

Usualy they are ok aslong as they have had oil in them. The only thing that usualy goes in the is the drive gear in the front the teeth lose the edge and they wont engage or u lose drive

Hi i used the discovery rad and fitted a electric fan in front the radiator then in front off that i used a intercooler from a mitsbushi l200 the one that sits on top off the engine. Fits nice let me know if u want any pics
